Any North Smithfield resident who would like permission to use a town field/facility for an event/season must email our parks and recreation coordinator, Kate Pasquariello, in order to obtain a mandatory permit and include:
- Type of activity
- Date(s) and Time(s)
- Facility/field requested
- Proof of insurance
