Located diagonally across from the North Smithfield Public Library, adjacent to Pacheco Park. Look for NS Municipal Court sign on the lawn of the library. The Court offers evening sessions so residents do not have to take time out of work to attend to court issues.

Payments can be made in-person during office hours Monday through Thursday 8 am-2 pm. Friday 8 am-noon Payments can also be made after hours at the Clerk's Dropbox located at 575 Smithfield Road. Those payments must include name, current phone number and summons number and sealed in a secured envelope. Those payments will be processed the next business day.
Acceptable forms of payments include: Cards, check and Money Orders. ABSOLUTELY NO CASH!
