The Finance Director directs and coordinates the operations of various divisions of the Finance Department:
- Accounting
- Accounts Payable
- Assessments
- Purchasing
- Information Technology
- Payroll and Benefits
- Tax Collections
The Finance Director also serves as Treasurer/Collector and oversees the Information Technology Department.
The primary responsibilities of the Finance Department include financial planning, procurement and investment of funds, collection of all taxes and fees, payroll and benefit administration, accounts payable, financial monitoring of the budget and maintaining comprehensive financial records.
